About The Founder 

Hi, I'm Aashi Gupta, a student at Mission San Jose High School and the founder of Fur-Ever Supply. 

I've loved animals my whole life, but Fur-Ever Supply really started the first time I delivered a box of collected supplies to a local shelter. I walked in expecting to just drop things off. Instead I saw how much a single box mattered - kennels that needed blankets, bowls being shared, staff stretching every donation as far as it could go. One of the volunteers told me they never have enough of the basics, and that stuck with me. I realized the supplies sitting unused in so many of our homes were exactly what these animals needed. 

So I built a way to connect the two. Fur-Ever Supply collects gently used and unused pet supplies from local families and delivers them directly to shelters, and we raise extra funds through community treat sales to buy whatever's still short. Since starting, I've collected and distributed 280+ supplies to 3 Bay Area shelters. 

My goal is to keep growing Fur-Ever Supply's reach and to show other students that helping your community can start with something as small as the box in your closet.
